Research Project

GretnaHomeCommunity Research Project

The project was volunteer led and researched the stories of those who worked at HM Factory Gretna.

It uncovered a comprehensive resource of family history research.

The material uncovered was used in the theatre production and  shared with other interested groups.

New volunteers are actively invited to join the project. If you can offer a little spare time to help, or have any information from your own family, we want to hear from you.

Material will be exhibited to accompany the production to illustrate many aspects of the war and its consequences for all who lived through it.
